Corporate Tycoons

There are so many corporate tycoons around the world but few we call as legends and role models. There are tycoons, responsible about 50% to 80% share of the organization. Most of those are come up themself having even period like pedestrian. After reviewing all those aspects, the only thing they did is they never delay are giveup their executable plan. Execution by perseverance towards their goal reaps their consequences.

Employment

Nowadays, ironicaly employment of a person becomes selecting a shareholder of the concern. This prevails because there exits no loyalty between employer and employee. This should be vanished completely to make healthy management for both. Over qualifiying employment leads to this criteria, in order to fiil the gap. This is one of many management proactive strategy should be concerned.
